ARISE – Phase II/III Study of nipocalimab in Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP)
This multistage trial assessed whether nipocalimab, an experimental antibody treatment, is safe and effective for adults with CIDP. It first treats responders in an open phase, then randomly withdraws nipocalimab to see if continued treatment helps delay relapse compared to placebo. The aim is to test its ability to prolong remission and confirm safety. (NCT05327114)

MIgGRATE - A Study to Compare TAK-881 and HYQVIA in Adults With Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP)
The MIgGRATE study is a phase III trial that compares a new treatment called TAK-881 to an existing therapy, HYQVIA, in adults with CIDP. TAK-881 is a subcutaneous (under-the-skin ) IgG treatment with a higher IgG concentration than HYQVIA®, which will allow for a smaller amount of the IgG treatment to be administered under the skin. The study looks at whether TAK-881 provides the same level of treatment as HYQVIA. TAK-881 has the potential to reduce infusion side effects with intravenous infusions and reduce the number of infusion sites and/or length of infusion experienced, with the hope of achieving a better infusion
